Since June 2014 the Langhe and Roero area has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The area includes the areas historically favourable to the cultivation of
the Nebbiolo grape, from which Barolo is produced, one of the most prestigious Italian wines.
The countries concerned are: La Morra, Barolo, Monforte, Serralunga, Castiglione Falletto and Grinzane Cavour: villages that are definitely worth a visit and, why not, a stop in a cellar or in a good restaurant.
For the sportier, the advice is surely to go along this itinerary by bicycle, perhaps deviating through lesser known streets and immersed in the vineyards.
In our B&B you will find a column for charging e-bikes.
